November 7th will be the next once-a-month EVENING SERVICE, starting at 6 PM. There will be hymn-singing (yay!), prayer, 30 minutes or so of Biblical preaching and teaching, and opportunity at the end for prayer for healing. If you have friends or relatives who need healing, bring them along. I believe the Lord will heal them!
The annual community Thanksgiving service will be held at Banks this year Sunday, November 21st at 6pm. Scott Utesch will deliver the message.
November 28th after church is the next Session Meeting.
Sunday December 12th Banks is having a "Bring a Friend to Church" Luncheon. It will be a covered dish meal. Please bring a friend or neighbor to church with you this Sunday.
Sunday December 12th we will have a short congregational meeting to elect elders.
January 9th we will have the ordination and installation of elders.
The Monday night women's bible study is off and running. If you are interested contact Melinda Collins or just show up at the church Monday night at 6:30.
Banks has a prayer service every Wednesday at 6pm in the sanctuary. It is quite a powerful event. We hope to see you there.
